The ring looks nice enough, so I’ll give it that. But i was hoping it would have a little more give. My finger tends to swell a bit during the day, and when that happens it starts feeling stiff and not super comfortable. It’s not terrible, just not as flexible as I expected.

I picked up a QALO ring because my metal one was always getting in the way at work and during workouts. This one is so lightweight that half the time I forget I’m even wearing it 🙂

I’ve been wearing it for a few months now through showers, errands, gym sessions, basically everything. It’s still comfortable, hasn’t irritated my skin, and I’m really happy with it.

I had to wait longer than I thought I would for customer service to get back to me. Part of me wondered if they were just hoping the issue would sort itself out or if they were pushing quicker responses to other people first. To be fair, they did eventually reply and helped me with what I needed. It wasn’t awful, but it definitely wasn’t impressive either. Faster responses would make a big difference

I got my ring today and the engraving was exactly like I typed it. The spacing and all that looked good too. Easy experience overall, no complaints here

I wasn’t sure how the QALO ring would feel wearing it all day, but it’s been really easy on my skin. I expected at least a little rubbing or that sweaty feeling, but I haven’t had any of that. It’s just comfortable and I barely notice it’s there

They feel soft, easy to wear, and I didn’t really find myself thinking about them much, which is usually how I know something is working for me

It has a soft rubber feel and doesn’t bother my finger at all. I’m very calm about it, obviously, but it feels good enough to wear all day without thinking about it.

I like the rings qalo has, and the quality seems decent from what I can tell. I just thought there would be more styles or colors to choose from, but maybe it depends on the size you need. It’s not a bad selection, I just kind of expected a little more variety.

I got a personalized QALO ring and the engraving turned out really nice. Like, clean and easy to read, not too deep or anything weird like that. The color was pretty much what I expected too, maybe just a tiny bit different but close enough. Only thing is the shipping felt a little slow, so... yeah, that’s why I’d say 4 stars. I ordered from QALO, and the product was totally fine when it got here. I don’t remember having any real complaints about the item itself, so that part was easy enough.
What sticks in my mind more is the shipping. I can’t remember exactly how many days it sat without much movement, but the tracking barely updated for a while, and I kept wondering if something was wrong.

It did eventually show up, and everything was in good shape. So it wasn’t a terrible experience, just one of those orders where the wait is the main thing I remember. I’d give it 3 stars.

My qalo ring ended up having an issue after a while, and I wasn’t sure if it would be covered under warranty. I sent in all the info and then had that annoying waiting period where you’re just checking your email and hoping for an answer. Luckily, they got back to me fast, and once it was approved, the replacement process was super simple. The new one didn’t take too long to show up either, even though I’m not the most patient when waiting on stuff like that. Overall, really happy with how easy they made it.

I find what I needed on qalo.com, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but the site was feeling kinda slow in spots. Some pages take more clicks than I expected, and trying to filter sizes or colors get a little annoying after a while. The product photos were helpful though, and checkout was fine once I got there. Overall it works, but it could be smoother and easier to use.
